Purpose?​

This site is for the poetry of Chadwick Nicholas Glass. While it may not be the most intellectually deep, I promise it will get you thinking. The purpose of this site is to get feed back from friends, peers, and poetry lovers. I plan to publish these someday. I am currently working on getting enough poetry together for a small book. I ask that on this site, foul and offensive language never be used. I hope that you will be able to relate to these poems and that they will be beneficial in your lives and lift your spirit. Feel free to leave comments of ideas for new poems. There is power in our words, let us use them remembering that. May Jesus Christ continually bless you, and fill your heart with His everlasting love.

Goal?

My personal goal in my writings has always been to try and open someone up to something they had, perhaps, not thought about or experienced before. That I may possibly enlighten them with a new perspective on an existing element of life. To see something in a new way has always astonished me, most of the time because of its simplicity, but yet has always had a way of strong affects after it is experienced. A simple example would be: when someone buys a car, that car is now everywhere and unavoidable. It's the same way with perspective and ideas. You truly can find truth everywhere because God is everywhere, and He is truth.
Biography:

Chad Glass is a singer song writer, poet and photographer. His goal is to use his gifts and talents to reveal the love of God to others. He has been in active ministry for seven years as worship and youth leader for Youth on FYR, an outreach based youth ministry until the close of 2012. Through Youth on FYR Chad has played a key roll in numerous youth rallies, summer camps and mission trips during which time the Holy Spirit has used him as a part of an outpouring of the Spirit of God which brought salvation and change to the lives and families of many young people in Kentucky and Virginia. Chad has written many songs and a book of poetry. Many of his poems and much of his photography was published during his time at Central Virginia Community College. He is currently studying musical theory at Liberty University. Since the close of his time with Youth on FYR Chad has become a part of the worship team at the Lynchburg house of prayer in Lynchburg Va.
